How IntelWork4ce works

An orchestration trio, four directors, and ten specialists, a coordinated team that operates from Slack. Here's how it all comes together.

Three steps to your AI workforce

From connection to execution in under five minutes.

01

Connect your tools

Bring the tools you already use. Your AI workforce gets full visibility across your business: CRM, analytics, social media, accounting, and support, all in one place.

  • CRM & Sales (Pipedrive, HubSpot)
  • Analytics & Data (PostHog, Google Analytics)
  • Social Media (Buffer, LinkedIn, X/Twitter)
  • Accounting (Xero, QuickBooks)
  • Support & Ops (Notion, Slack)

02

Your AI team starts working

The workforce organizes around three functions: strategy, execution, and product. Directors coordinate specialists within each function.

You approve and steer

It goes both ways. You challenge your team, and they challenge you right back, armed with data from their domain. When Mia sees your idea won't land with users, she'll say so. When Claire spots a budget risk, she flags it. Once you decide, they execute, even if they disagreed.

  • Review proposals and reports before they go live
  • Challenge ideas and get challenged back by a team that pushes back with evidence, not opinions
  • Approve tasks and keep full control of every decision

Frequently asked questions

How do I get access?

Access is invitation-only. Book a 30-minute discovery call on intelwork4ce.com. If the platform is a fit for your needs, we configure a workspace for your organization and send you an invitation within 24 hours.

Do I need to install anything?

No. The workforce operates natively in Slack. You connect your existing tools via OAuth and your agents start working in your existing channels.

Which agents are available?

All seventeen. Every workspace gets the full workforce from day one: the orchestration trio (Alex, Sam, Mia), four directors, and ten specialists. There are no tiers or activation gates.

Can the agents be configured for my industry?

Yes. During workspace setup we configure each agent's context for your industry, company size, and operating model. A financial services firm gets different defaults than a professional services firm or a manufacturing business.

What happens if I want to own the agents myself?

We build a custom instance of the workforce on your own cloud infrastructure, with your own API keys and credentials. This is the IntelWork4ce consulting engagement model. Contact us to scope that engagement.

What tools does the workforce connect to?

Pipedrive, HubSpot, Xero, Notion, Buffer, Google Ads, PostHog, Gmail, LinkedIn, Zendesk, Intercom, Asana, Google Calendar, Monday, Typeform, and more. New connectors are added every month.
